    File Setup Guidelines

    To ensure your design prints perfectly, follow these guidelines:

    • Accepted Formats: JPEG or PDF (single page only). VECTOR PDF IS THE BEST FOR THE BEST RESULT
    • Color Space: CMYK
    • Resolution: 150 DPI for raster images (suitable for large format)
    • Crop Marks/Bleeds: Do not include. Please make your artwork at the print size
    • Send the artwork(s) replaying to the order email or use File Upload

    • Additionaly:

      • Convert Pantones/Spot Colors to CMYK before submitting
      • Convert live fonts to outlines
      • Use the provided design templates when available”

    Submit artwork built to the exact ordered size. Avoid crop marks or bleeds.
