Shipping Information
- Banners with a shortest side of 88″ or less will be shipped rolled.
- Banners 89″ or larger on their shortest side will be shipped folded.
File Setup Guidelines
To ensure your banner design prints perfectly, follow these guidelines:
- Accepted Formats: JPEG or PDF (single page only)
- Color Space: CMYK
- Resolution: 150 DPI for raster images (suitable for large format)
- Crop Marks/Bleeds: Do not include. Please make your artwork at the print size
- Send the artwork(s) replaying to the order email or use File Upload
Additionaly:
- Convert Pantones/Spot Colors to CMYK before submitting
- Convert live fonts to outlines
- Use the provided design templates when available”

A: To ensure your banner is secure and long-lasting, use all the grommets provided during installation. This helps distribute tension evenly and reduces the risk of tearing.
Q: What sizes of banners are eligible for store pickup?
A: You can pick up banners of any size at our store. Banners up to 96″ will be rolled, while banners over 96″ will be folded for convenience.
Q: What are the recommended pole dimensions for optional pole pockets?
A: Here are our pole recommendations based on pocket size:
- 2” Pole Pocket: Accommodates poles up to 1” in diameter
- 3” Pole Pocket: Accommodates poles up to 1.5” in diameter
- 4” Pole Pocket: Accommodates poles up to 2” in diameter
Note: Your artwork should match the dimensions of your print order. No additional bleed is required. A hemline will be added across the graphic, set 2″, 3″, or 4″ from the edge, depending on the size of the pole pocket selected.
