Our 18 oz. blockout matte vinyl banner material is a premium, heavyweight option designed for durability and versatility. Commonly used for street banners and light pole banners, this material features PVC vinyl surfaces on both sides with a blockout layer in between. Reinforced with scrim fibers, it is built to withstand even the toughest conditions.

Shipping Details:
- Banners with a shortest side measuring 89″ or more will be shipped folded.
- Banners with a shortest side of 88″ or less will be shipped rolled.

Features:
- Single-Sided Banners: Maximum size: 10′ x 145′ (without pockets) and 9.5′ x 145′ (with pockets).
- Double-Sided Banners: Maximum size: 9.5′ x 145′.
(Note: Double-sided banners are not available in oversized options.) - Oversized banners are welded together for seamless presentation.
- Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, waterproof, and UV safe.
- Double-sided banners are printed on a single-ply material with designs on both front and back.

File Setup Guidelines
To ensure your banner design prints perfectly, follow these guidelines:
- Accepted Formats: JPEG or PDF (single page only)
- Color Space: CMYK
- Resolution: 150 DPI for raster images (suitable for large format)
- Crop Marks/Bleeds: Do not include. Please make your artwork at the print size
- Send the artwork(s) replaying to the order email or use File Upload
Additionaly:
- Convert Pantones/Spot Colors to CMYK before submitting
- Convert live fonts to outlines
- Use the provided design templates when available”
