File Setup:
- Accepted Formats: JPEG or PDF (single page only)
- Color Mode: CMYK
- Resolution: 150 DPI (sufficient for large-format printing)
- Maximum File Size: 300MB
- Artwork should be built to the ordered size (scaled artwork is automatically detected and adjusted)
- Do not include crop marks or bleeds
- Double-sided designs must be uploaded as two separate files unless specified in the template
Additional Tips:
- Convert Pantone/Spot Colors to CMYK before submission
- Outline all live fonts to prevent font substitution
- Use the provided design templates when available for accurate setup

- Do not adjust artboard size
