How to Order: File Requirements Made Simple
To ensure the highest quality for your custom UV DTF transfers, please follow these guidelines:
File Format: Any design format
Transparent Background: Your artwork must have a transparent background.
High Resolution: Use 300 DPI for crisp, clear results.
Gang Sheets for Savings: Maximize your value! Fill your artboard with multiple designs or repeats of the same design to take full advantage of our square-footage pricing.
Easy Application Instructions (Dry Method)
Clean Surface: Ensure the application area is clean and dry. Use isopropyl alcohol for best results.
Squeegee the Back: Before peeling, place your cut-out design adhesive-side UP and gently squeegee it. This helps the print stick to the clear film for an easier peel.
Peel the White Backing: Carefully peel away the white carrier sheet. The design should now be on the clear transfer film.
Apply the Decal: Align the decal on your item. For small designs, place it all at once. For large graphics, use the "hinge method" to ensure perfect placement.
Squeegee & Peel: Firmly squeegee the entire design from the center outwards. Slowly peel back the clear film at a 180-degree angle. If any part lifts, press it back down and squeegee again.
(Optional) Wet Application: For large or complex placements, a spray of soapy water (a few drops of dish soap in water) allows you to slide the decal into perfect position before squeegeeing out the liquid for a permanent bond.
